This is a battle that myself and a host of other PR fly fishers have been involved in for years. We have been trying to get press on this issue with little success and are pushing for PR to adopt legislation similar to that of Belize. The clock is ticking! Every season we are losing more and more of this valuable resource to gill netters who sell these fish for pennies as bait. Help!
