Well, my pledge worked... ended the trip on a nice Toro (Jack Crevalle) on the last cast of the trip... about 4 pounds (I thought 6, but am revising downward). Awesome.

True... I like watch watching rather than playing, which makes me doubly sad I guess.

Ha... I know what you mean. Honestly, I don't play these days... not since I started the blog as it gave me something to do in the evening. As a stay-at-home dad with a wife that travels a lot, I'm stuck at home once the little monkey goes down. The games are just fun though... no way around that.

I think the problem here is video games, period. Gentlemen, are we not men of action? Such toys do not become us. Write books, build rods, tie flies, reads literature, learn the saxophone, lift weights, but video games? What next, LARPing?
(I kid, my friends, I kid... no, but seriously.)

Rob, Rob, Rob... it has been scientifically proven that Fallout 3 is the greatest console game in the history of time... at least that's what I read on ESPN, so it must be true.

Fallout 3??? Maybe that's why. The fishing gods prefer Modern Warfare 2, although you wouldn't know it by my catches this year.
