I'd love to hear how you do. PV is a family trip we do pretty much every year, so I'll have lots of shots at whatever is there over the coming decades. The Jack Crevalle are a lot of fun. I could catch those all day.

I am heading down in a couple weeks but will be well north of PV up near Raza point. Never fished that far north before but looks pretty interesting. As for Snook I have caught them in Mag Bay in Baja. They liked beleive it or not really fat flies. Stuff I tied with what many would presume was way to much material. Consistantly those flys produced results when cast towards the mangroves from a boat. I would toss the flies up under the overhangs and blam! One would think you would have to get into the estuaries down in PV to get a snook. The issue is they eat them down there and gill net the estuaries. So I am guessing they are few and far between.

The water clarity is so poor there at the river mouth I can't see anything, it is all blind casting. A lot of fun though.
