I had not heard about the bust of Dr. King out there in the mangroves. That’s kind of cool, I think.

Being inforced ?
What I’ve heard at this point is that the regs are still in place, but actively not being enforced until they can figure out what they want to do. You are still encouraged to buy a license, but if you don’t have one, you won’t go to jail. Fuzzy enough?
